- All returns must have a RGA number. A return goods authorization number can be obtained from our Customer Service Department. Please call 888-510-5100. All unauthorized returns are subject to an additional 15% processing fee and a $10 administrative charge.
- All return shipping expenses are paid by the customer. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving RGA number.
- All returns and exchanges must be in original packaging and received in new and resalable condition. All returns subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
- Special order products such as items not found in our current catalog and/or stocked at our warehouse or made to order such as furniture, as well as putty and soft goods, are not returnable.
- Sorry, because of health reasons, we are unable to accept returns on foot or hand products.
